1. What this policy covers

This policy covers information processed when you use the App, including support communications and photo library access (permission-based). It does not cover Apple's services (iOS, Photos, iCloud Photos, App Store). Apple processes data under Apple's own policies.

2. Your photos and videos

Binit does not upload your photos or videos to our servers. The App accesses your photo library only to show your media and allow you to swipe, organize, and delete items.

• Where your media is processed: On your device (local processing only).
• Ownership: Your photos and videos remain yours at all times.
• iCloud Photos: Some items may be stored in iCloud and downloaded by iOS when needed. This behavior is controlled by Apple and your settings — not by Binit.

3. Permissions (Photos)

The App may request permission to access your Photos library. You can control permissions at any time via:

iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Binit

If you deny permission, some features may not work.

4. Data we collect

A) Data you provide

• Support messages: If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.

B) Data collected automatically

• We do not collect analytics data.
• We do not use third-party analytics or crash reporting tools.
• We do not track you across apps or websites for advertising.

5. How we use data

We use data only to:

• Provide and maintain the App
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with legal obligations (if applicable)

6. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

If you are in the EEA/UK, we process data under these legal bases:

• Performance of a contract — to provide the App features you request
• Legitimate interests — to maintain and secure the App
• Legal obligation — where applicable

7. Sharing of data

We may share data only in these cases:

• Legal reasons: if required by law, court order, or to protect rights/safety
• Business changes: if Binit is involved in a merger or acquisition — data may transfer with appropriate safeguards

We do not sell your personal data.

8. Data retention

Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve your request and for record-keeping purposes.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Your choices and rights

You can:

• Revoke Photos permission at any time in iOS Settings
• Delete the App to stop further data collection

If you are in the EEA/UK, you may have rights to:

• Access, correct, or delete personal data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Data portability (where applicable)
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

11. Children

Binit is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@usebinit.com and we will promptly delete it.

12. International transfers

Because we do not use analytics or crash reporting providers, we do not transfer analytics or crash data internationally. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, when appropriate, notify you in the App. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
